Our Story

Why Clarity Consulting Exists

When my family first started exploring the idea of building a custom home, we quickly realized how overwhelming the construction-to-permanent loan process could become.

Like many future homeowners, we originally believed we had to purchase land first, hold it for years, build equity, and eventually apply to build. But after spending countless hours researching lenders, loan structures, land requirements, and construction financing options, I discovered there was another path: the one-time construction-to-permanent loan.

That discovery completely changed the direction of our journey.

From that point forward, I became deeply involved in researching the process — speaking with lenders, comparing loan structures, organizing documents, reviewing land opportunities, understanding debt-to-income positioning, and learning how all the moving parts connected together.

Throughout the process, my husband Tyran and I approached decisions from two different perspectives. I naturally focused on research, organization, communication, and gathering information, while he focused on financial stability, long-term protection, debt-to-income positioning, and making sure every decision made sense for our family as a whole.

That balance taught me something important: many families are not lacking vision — they are lacking structure, guidance, and clarity during a process that can feel incredibly overwhelming.

Clarity Consulting was created to help future homeowners feel more organized, informed, and prepared as they navigate the construction-to-permanent loan journey.

My goal is not to replace lenders, builders, or financial professionals. My role is to help bring organization, strategic guidance, and operational clarity to a process that often feels confusing from the outside looking in.
